Ilima Terrace Restaurant: Open daily for breakfast and lunch Ilima Terrace Restaurant is an attractive open air restaurant with a casual atmosphere. In the mornings enjoy buffet breakfast or alternatively choose from the daily breakfast menu. At lunch a variety of sandwiches, salads and light meals adorn the menu.

Kupono Cafe at Anara Spa: Kupono Cafe caters for the health conscious with delicious and low fat fresh fruit smoothies and house-made Granola Bars. Enjoy tasty breakfasts and crispy salads and fresh sandwiches for lunch all amidst the peaceful setting of the spa gardens. Open from 7.00am to 3.00pm daily.

Poipu Bay Clubhouse: Open for breakfast and lunch daily with adjoining bar operating from 10.30am to 5.00pm daily. Floor to ceiling windows allow you full views over the manicured Poipu Bay Golf Course. Local specialities often feature and can include Ahi Caesar Salad or Crab Melts. Relax in the bar with a cocktail after a memorable round of golf on the world famous course. Poipu Bay Clubhouse also features a unique Sunday menu, offering a creative mix of breakfast and lunch items for that perfect lazy Sunday.

Yum Cha: Asian fusion cuisine is served in the country club overlooking the Poipu Bay Golf Course from Tuesday to Saturday 5.30pm to 9.30pm. Small plates, entrees, salads and soups are a feature such as Vietnamese lettuce wraps, Chinese dumplings, yellow coconut curry soup and szechuan sauteed prime beef. Select a sublime taste sensation from the exotic dessert menu with mochi ice cream and jasmine tea ramisu among the choices. There is also an extensive beverage menu with wine, sake, large variety of teas, beers and assorted alcoholic beverages.

Tidepools: Tidepools is appropriately named as it features a stunning setting and location. Set in open air hale pili (thatched huts) overlooking cascading waterfalls and lagoons. Tidepools restaurant and lounge is open for dinner nightly from 5.30pm to 10.00pm. Menus feature contemporary Hawaiian cuisine with complementary wine list and dessert menu. Dress required is resort wear and bookings are recommended.

The Dock: The Dock is a self serve cafeteria style cafe conveniently located close to the swimming pools, lagoon and beach. Quick and easy meal options are available such as chicken wings, burgers and prepared salads.

Traditional Luau with entertainment: When you hear the pounding of the drums and the blowing of the conch shell this is the announcement that the traditional luau festivities are about to begin. The Traditional Luau is a celebration of Hawaiian food and culture held twice a week at Grand Hyatt. You will be met with a traditional lei greeting and enjoy a sumptuous buffet and open bar before enjoying live entertainment from the Polynesian dancers. Hawaiian crafts, demonstrations, wood carving and hula lessons are also a feature of Luau night. Bookings recommended and luau subject to weather conditions due to outdoor setting.

Dondero's Restaurant: Serving Italian cuisine with the choice of al fresco setting or intimate tables inside the Italian Villa like restaurant with its murals and tiled floors. Open nightly for dinner from 6.00pm to 10.00pm, Dondero's offers an extensive wine list to complement their fine menu options, such as calamari, crab and minted lamb. Linger longer the enjoy brewed coffee and the glorious dessert menu. Bookings are recommended and dress required is resort style.

Seaview Terrace: Open air and peaceful lounge. Serving fresh pastries, juice and coffee in the mornings from 6.00am to 11.00am and afternoon cocktails from 4.30pm to 8.30pm. Take advantage of the ocean breezes and enjoy selection of pupu (appetizers). Traditional torch lighting ceremony and live entertainment takes place in the evenings.

Stevenson's Library: Based in a unique setting similar to a old Victorian Gentlemans Club featuring 27 foot hand crafted wood bar, bookshelves, pool tables, backgammon and chess. Excellent selection of cognac and port with live jazz playing in the evenings.

Captains Bar: Perched high above it all this spectacular bar will enlighten your imagination as you take in a captains view over the lagoon and activity of the hotel. The Captains Bar is a lively spot from late morning to sunset, serving up refreshing tropical drinks such as Mai Tai's to keep you cool in the Hawaiian sunshine.

Shipwreck Bar: Located beside the endless fun of the swimming pool and waterslide. Light snacks and drinks are served from 10.30am to 5.00pm daily to keep you refreshed throughout your action packed day.

Camp Hyatt Kids Club: The kids will enjoy Hawaii just as much as their parents will the endless activities on offer at Camp Hyatt.
