Offering ahi-seared sashimi with Cajun spices, island-raised moi with hearts of palm, and oriental style steamed onaga. Open Monday - Saturday for breakfast and lunch 7.30am - 11am and 11.30am - 2pm. Dinner is served daily from 6pm to 10pm. Sundays also feature a buffet brunch from 9.30 to 2.30pm.

Lewers Lounge: Cocktails, tempting appetizers and desserts, and live entertainment are available at this lounge. The perfect spot for early evening cocktails or after-dinner drinks. Lewers is open nightly from 7.30pm - 1am. Entertainment runs from 8.30pm - midnight, Sunday through Thursday, and from 8.30pm - 12.30am on Friday and Saturday.
