Weeping Banyan Cafe: An affordable and cheerful coffee bar providing some of Maui's best ocean views along with 100% Kona Coffee blends and flavoured coffees. Pacific Lu'au: The Pacifc Lu'au is an iconic culinary and cultural event featuring dances and music from the old Hawaii, Samoa, Fiji, New Zealand, Tahiti, Tonga and Rarotonga. The celebration begins with the sounding of the conch followed by the beating of the drums. Be greeted with a shell lei and fresh mai tais or fruit punch, enjoy arts and crafts demonstrations, torch lighting ceremony and fire dancing. The feast is no expense spared with all you can eat Kalua Pork, Huli Huli Chicken, Mahi Mahi, Ulupalakua Beef, Polynesian Rice, Vegetables Makamaka, Tropical Fruits Anuenue, Soba Noodles, Lomi Lomi Salmon, Pacific Ahi Poke, Tossed Green Salad and Poi (taro). Camp Hyatt Kids Club: Kids will have just as much as their parents. With Camp Hyatt providing an array of cultural and educational activities such as lei making, making traditional printed table cloths, Hawaiian story telling, hula lessons, building giant sandcastles, exploring Hyatt's resident wildlife and printing favourite photos to a t-shirt. Camp Hyatt is available for children from 5 years through to 12 years. Sessions run from 9.00am to 3.00pm and again from 6.00pm to 10.00pm daily. Reservations are required at least 1 day prior.
