The Colony: The open kitchen, complete with a kiawe wood burning oven, chefs put the sizzle into mouth watering steaks. Seafood lovers will enjoy the variety including prosciutto wrapped scallops, macadamia nut-crusted soft shell crabs, and 3 types of lobster. Open daily from 6.00pm-10.00pm.

Ciao Mein: Two of the most popular cuisines, Chinese and Italian, come together at Ciao Mein. Choose a Chinese or an Italian dish or “Collision Cuisine” where both come together in dishes such as savory salmon filet glazed with hot soy bean sauce served over shiitake risotto. Open daily from 6.00pm-10.00pm.

Hyatt on the Beach: This snack bar is conveniently set on Waikiki Beach, across from the Hyatt. Beach goers can enjoy snacks such as a foot long super hot dog, sirloin meat loaf and grilled mahimahi. Tropical drinks are also served. Open daily from 7.00am until sunset.

Terrace Grille: Sit indoors or relax on the open air terrace overlooking Waikiki beach. Enjoy an all you can eat breakfast buffet with made to order omelet and waffle bars, with your choice of decadent strawberry, lilikoi or pina colada butter. Eggs, breakfast meats, pastries and fresh fruits are also included in the buffet. Open daily for breakfast from 6.00am-11.30am and for lunch from 11.30am-2.00pm.

Elegant Dive: This open air, poolside restaurant and bar offers view of the ocean, and serves tropical temptations such as mango daiquiris, mai tais and tropical cocktails, as well as a selection of wine and beer. Snacks including Hawaiian nachos, Angus burger and fresh roasted turkey and avocado sandwich is available should hunger strike. Open daily from 11.00am-11.00pm.

Day Spa: Awaken your senses with an extensive selection of tropical facials, rejuvenating body scrubs, detoxifying wraps and relaxing massages at the Na Ho'ola Day Spa. This 2 story, 10,000 square foot spa offers luxurious services including a dry sauna, steam showers, relaxation room and fitness centre.

Kids Club: Children aged from 5 to 12 years can be entertained with cultural and fun activities at Camp Hyatt. Along with games, Camp Hyatt features a library of Hawaiian books, childrens hula lesson videos and simple Hawaiian crafts. The kids club operates seasonally on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday from 9.00am until 4.00pm and costs approximately US$85 per day per child including lunch and a snack. Night camp operates Friday and Saturday nights from 6.00pm until 10.00pm and costs approximately US$15 per child per hour and includes a snack.
