Outrigger Kiahuna Plantation is a unique property set on 35 acres of lush Hawaiian beachfront. Original rembrandts of plantation days exist throughout the property, formerly home to 19th-century Hawaiian era of sugar plantations and prim missionaries.

This Hawaii accommodation offers fully self contained 1 and 2 Bedroom Apartments throughout 42 plantation style buildings. The original Manor House still exists and is now home to The Plantation Gardens Restaurant a beautiful place to watch the sunset as you recline on its wrap around veranda.

Dining

Plantation Gardens Restaurant & Bar: This is Outrigger Kiahuna Plantation's only onsite restaurant & bar and when you dine here it is not hard to see why. This exquisite restaurant occupies a large section of the Kiahuna Plantation's original manor house. The Manor itself was originally was a 1930 wedding gift to Alexandra 'Sandi' Knudsen and Hector Moir from her father, who inherited Hawaii's first (1835) sugar plantation from his parents. Much of the history and stories of the plantation adorn the walls by way of photographs and antiques.

The Manor features a wrap around veranda overlooking the gardens and ponds the perfect place for alfresco dining or an afternoon drink. Inside wooden floors, wicker chairs and ceiling fans create an atmosphere from yesteryear. The Plantation Gardens Restaurant is open nightly for dinner from 5.30pm with the bar opening slightly earlier at 5.00pm. The cuisine is contemporary Hawaiian fare using with particular emphasis on local fish and produce.

Pizzetta - Pizza and Pastaria: This nearby pizzeria offers you a slice of your Italian favourites in the paradise of Hawaii. Serving traditional pizza and pasta dishes, calzone and panini; Pizzetta prides itself on making its signature sauces and breads fresh daily onsite.

Casablanca at Kiahuna Restaurant: Located within the Kiahuna Tennis and Swim Centre across the street from Outrigger Kiahuna Plantation. This relaxed and casual restaurant offers the choice of indoor or open air dining on the veranda. Open for lunch daily from 11.00am till 3.00pm. Enjoy a few drinks during Happy Hour from the fully stocked bar between 4.00pm to 6.00pm. The dinner menu is served between 5.00pm to 9.00pm with Ribeye steak dry-rubbed with sugar and salt and Spanish seafood stew among the choices.
