Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach

The Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach is centrally located in the heart of Waikiki, just 9 miles from Honolulu International Airport. Situated on the pristine sands of Waikiki Beach and close to many attractions such as Waikiki Aquarium and Honolulu Zoo, this Honolulu accommodation occupies one of the best beachfronts in the area with excellent swimming and people watching from the popular Duke's Canoe Club restaurant.

The Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach in Hawaii consists of 530 guest rooms featuring traditional furnishings combined with modern facilities. All rooms offer a balcony or courtyard with most rooms providing guests with full or partial ocean views. Guests are welcomed in the lobby with an island experience created by decorations such as ferns, taro leaves, bamboo and pineapples, along with bold carvings and tropically adorned upholstery. Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach will be undergoing renovations from 01 March 2012 with an approximate completion date of 30 June 2012. During this time, the pool will be closed for deck renovation and resurfacing. Guests may use the beach or pools at Outrigger Reef on the Beach or Holiday Inn Waikiki Beachcomber Resort during this closure.

Additionally, Lanai spall repairs and exterior painting will be taking place, as well as guest room refurbishments. These guest rooms will be done a few floors at a time and should not impact on guests. All works will take place Monday to Saturday from 9.00am until 5.30pm.

Duke's Canoe Club: No visit to Waikiki is complete without experience this restaurant which is the site of the original Outrigger Canoe Club. A spectacular beachfront location with a lively atmosphere, serving the freshest fish and steaks. This restaurant is perfect for a relaxing breakfast, leisurely lunch or romantic dinner.

Hula Grill Waikiki: With its 1930s Hawaiian beach house decor, the Hula Grill provides the perfect atmosphere for sipping mai tais while dining on beachfront bistro cuisine.
